Excellent staff. Always consider your needs. Well established with years of excellent service. If you need a dentist and other services they can meet your needs! Kids day is a blast! Went in for a tongue tie appointment, everyone was so nice and friendly. Could really tell everyone loves their job. They took me to examine my infant and she had the tongue tie with lip tie and something I didn’t know cheek ties. They told me about how it all affects her breast feeding and movement of her mouth. Then they gave her a little topical numbing stuff, Swaddled her. They showed me to where I could breast-feed her after, took her away and in five minutes she was back and in my arms to feed. The whole experience was fantastic with no stress. Very calm environment!! Dr. Cockley did my son’s lip and tongue tie procedure! As a fellow dentist, I was inspired and thankful for this experience. Not only has Dr. Cockley encouraged me to learn more about tongue and lip ties myself, but she also helped me through a really tough time when my son was having trouble breastfeeding. My first visit was wonderful. The staff took the time to explain the tartar buildup on my teeth and used camera technology to show me before-and-after pictures of my cleaning. We had a consult and ultimate lip and tongue tie release for our 8 week old. This was our second consultation for these issues and we were unsure of a path forward. We went in feeling overwhelmed with our daughter’s functional challenges and anxious about putting her through a procedure. The entire team made us feel so comfortable, did a thorough assessment of our daughter and gave us such helpful information. I have been a patient of East Berlin Smiles for many years, and I can't say enough good things about this practice. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional, making every visit a positive experience. The office is clean, well organized and appointments run on time.
